Description

High-performance heavy-duty aluminium front-mount charge air cooler. Fabricated with high-efficiency bar-and-plate heat exchanger core and TIG-welded cast aluminum end tanks. Submerged pneumatic pressure-tested to 3.5 bar (50 psi) with zero pinhole leaks or end tank deformation. Louvered internal fins provide optimal thermal transfer with minimal boost pressure drop (<0.5 psi). Standard beaded inlet/outlet pipe couplings ensure secure silicone coupler clamping.
